تم تصميم BackgroundDelete مع الخصوصية كمبدأ أساسي. نحن نجمع الحد الأدنى أو لا معلومات شخصية من مستخدمينا:

Cookies

BackgroundDelete does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or any other purpose. The Service does not set any first-party cookies in your browser.

Third-Party Services

BackgroundDelete relies on the following third-party services to function:

• IMG.LY Background Removal Library: The core AI background removal functionality is provided by the IMG.LY library, which is loaded from the jsDelivr CDN (a third-party content delivery network). When your browser loads this library, jsDelivr may receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser user agent, as is typical with any CDN request. The IMG.LY library itself runs entirely in your browser and does not send your images to IMG.LY's servers. For more information, see the IMG.LY سياسة الخصوصية.
• Vercel Hosting: BackgroundDelete is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may process technical data necessary for hosting (such as IP addresses in server logs). For details, see the Vercel سياسة الخصوصية.
• Self-Hosted Analytics (Umami): We use a self-hosted instance of Umami Analytics running on our own server. Umami is cookie-free, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across sites. It only records anonymized page views, referrer URLs, and basic device/browser information. All analytics data stays on our server and is never shared with third parties.

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any user data to share.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. However, because BackgroundDelete does not collect, store, or process any personal data or images, there is no user-specific data to exercise these rights over.

Changes to This Policy
