The Service processes images entirely within the user's browser using AI-based background removal technology. No images are uploaded to any external server; all processing is performed locally on your device. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

The Service supports multiple image formats including JPG, PNG, WEBP, AVIF, BMP, TIFF, GIF, and SVG, with a maximum file size of 10 MB per image.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

• You are at least 13 years of age, or you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Service's functionality or security.

4. Intellectual Property

The BackgroundDelete website, its user interface, design elements, and underlying code are the intellectual property of BackgroundDelete and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service's code or design without explicit permission.

You retain full ownership of any images you process through the Service. BackgroundDelete claims no ownership over user images, and because all processing occurs locally in your browser, we never have access to your images. The output images you generate belong entirely to you, and you may use them for any purpose, including commercial use.

The Service uses the IMG.LY background removal library, which is a third-party technology loaded from a CDN. This library is subject to its own licensing terms, which are independent of these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. 6. Limitation of Liability
